2- It is document which maps requirements with test cases. By preparing Traceability matrix, we can ensure that we have covered all functionalities in our test cases. The following is the sample template

4- Traceability Matrix is one of the document will prepare by QA.To make sure all the requirements mentioned in the requirements document are covered in your testing, we will prepare the traceability matrix.this document contains the following columns.Req#, Brief description about the requirement, test script ( to know in which test script it is covered), Test case .



5 - In the test cases areatracebility matrix is checks the test cases are covered all functionalities or notactually the tracebility matrix are used in all areas(ex:- in development area,test plan area etc) it checks the satisfying requirements or not.

6 - A document showing the relationship between Test Requirements and Test Cases.

8- The matrix which verifies that whether the written test cases covers all the functionalties or not.In simple terms whether there is a test case for every functionality or not.
